Housing Services

Housing Services is committed to providing services based on the principles of Equality, Quality, Access and Partnership and is seeking to continually make improvements to all aspects of the services. There are three main functions:

Housing includes housing allocations, tenancy and estate management, repairs management, homelessness services, policy and strategic development, community care planning, supporting people, performance management and RSL liaison.

Community Safety includes safety and security at home, neighbouhood watch, consumer safety, community wardens, antisocial behaviour investigation and the dealing with emergencies via our Risk Management Centre

Cleansing Services incorporates household waste, commercial waste, recycling, skip hire and composting.
