East Ayrshire Council has established a Steering Group of partners to assist in the development of the project. Members include Jobcentre Plus, Scottish Enterprise Ayrshire, NHS Ayrshire & Arran, Kilmarnock and Ayr Colleges, East Ayrshire Employment Initiative and the Childcare Partnership.
